Purchase Transactions Include Any Of The Following:

• If you are Buying a new or used MH from a Dealer, Realtor, MH Park, or Private Seller
• If you already live in the house but your name is not on the title to the home
• If you have a Land Sales Contract, Contract for Deed, or Rent to Own Agreement that is NOT recorded at the courthouse
• Any time your name is not currently on the title to the home

Refinance Transactions Include Any Of The Following:

• If you already own the Mobile Home with the land (You may still have a loan on the unit or it may be owned free and clear)
• If you already own the Mobile Home in a MH Park or on Leased Land (You may still have a loan on the unit or it may be owned free and clear)
• If you have a Land Sales Contract, Contract for Deed, or Rent to Own Agreement that IS recorded at the courthouse and your name is on the title
• If you own the mobile home in a Park and wish to MOVE the unit to a piece of land (even if you don't own the land yet)
• If your name is on the title to the mobile home in any way
