Use this form if you are buying a singlewide or doublewide mobile home or a modular home from a mobile home dealer, a builder, or from an individual. The home will be located on land that will be deeded with the home. The land can be purchased at the same time as the home or you may already own it.	Use this form if you are refinancing a singlewide or doublewide mobile home or a modular home. The home will be located on land that will be deeded with the home. The home and land can currently have two separate loans.
