Loan Officers Needed - Telecommute

Objective: We are seeking candidates with strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills that can effectively develop and service relationships with local builders, developers, manufactured housing dealers, and realtors, in order to provide them with timely and consistent loan processing and funding services.

Required Qualifications: Individuals must possess a minimum of two years mortgage origination and processing. A thorough understanding of sub-prime closing and funding requirements is necessary, as well as the ability to structure a deal from start to finish. General familiarity with FNMA, FHLMC, and government underwriting guidelines is required.

Individual strengths should include: Strong sales skills and the ambition to demand results through consistent follow up. Above average organizational as well as follow up skills are very important for success. Individuals should have a critical focus on customer service and an understanding of what is required to create annuities of business on the sales side of the equation. Successful candidates should demonstrate the ability to work well with others as part of a team.

Computer skills: Individuals should possess average computer literacy skills. Experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook are important. Familiarity with various wholesale internet exchange mediums is a plus.

In depth product training is provided as well as additional sales training. Compensation is in the form of commission with an emphasis on account building and sales performance. Our commission structure surpasses all others in the industry.
